James "Terry" Hamilton |
Terry Hamilton is one of the
partners/owners of Affiliated Appraisers, Inc. Terry has been in the appraisal business since 1998. He currently holds a Certified Residential designation in the State of South Carolina. Terry has performed appraisals in all of Horry County and northern Georgetown County, but concentrates on the Conway, Carolina Forest, and surrounding rural areas. He is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Coastal Carolina Association of Realtors, and a charter member of the South Carolina Professional Appraisal Coalition. |
