Chuck Dusenbury |
President and Chairman-of-the-Board of Affiliated Appraisers, Inc. He founded the firm over 25 years ago and is still active as a residential appraiser. Chuck is a SRA member of the Appraisal Institute; IFAS member of the National Association of Independent Fee Appraisers; a State Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser for the state of South Carolina (CR-127); and a State Certified Real Estate Appraiser for the state of North Carolina (A-1494). Mr. Dusenbury also holds a real estate broker’s license with the states of South and North Carolina. Mr. Dusenbury had personally completed over 15,000 appraisals in the past 35 years. |
